Personalize Your Website
Upload a picture, edit your personal profile and set up your unique URL in the Back Office under Main Menu > My Profile > Personal Website.
Create Your Account with Hyperwallet
Be sure to register with our partner Hyperwallet so you get paid on time. For details, review the Compensation Plan document. Details are also included below.
Set up your Hyperwallet Accountin the Back Office under Pay Portal > Hyperwallet Profile Set Up. Enter a profile name (this can be anything, such as your personal name) and click "Create Profile." Then, click "Edit Profile" and type in your Dealer ID (this is your 6-digit CEO number), click "Save Changes," then click "Activate Profile."
Order Business Cards and Supplies

Create an Email Signature
Promote your new viaONEHOPE business every time you send an email! Set up your custom email signature using the instructions on this page. You may also consider changing your outgoing voicemail message.
Submit Your W9 Form
Download and fill out the W9 form and email it to email@example.com.

Schedule A Coaching Call with Your Upline MENTOR
Your upline mentor is your best resource as you start your viaONEHOPE business. Don't be shy if you have a question or if you need clarification. Be sure to schedule a check-in call within your first ten days so you can start off on the right foot. Make sure to discuss the following topics during your coaching call with your upline mentor:
- How to navigate the back office and VIA University
- How to set up and close out a party in the back office
- How to place an order, both on the storefront and in the back office
- Create your 60-day action plan to maximize the Fast Start Program
- Understand how you earn and redeem reward points
Get Familiar with the Fast Start Program
The first 60 days in your business are the key to your success. Mark your halfway point on your calendar (30 days from start date) and the end date of your Fast Start (60 days from your start date) so you can strategically schedule tasting events and maximize your Fast Start and earn your Fast Start Award.
